Thorne Research Products by Dr. Peter Kopko, DC will accept returns within 30 days of order subject to the
following terms and conditions.
If, within 30 days, you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any unopened box or
container.
Please contact Dr Kopko, D.C. for a Return Authorization
(RA) number.
No return can be accepted without our prior authorization -
Unauthorized returns will be refused by our Receiving Department.
The
Customer is responsible for both actual outbound and return shipping and
handling charges. Once we receive an authorized return, a refund will be issued
to your credit card, minus a 15% restocking fee for the actual cost of product
minus shipping and handling costs. Shipping charges are not
refundable.

ITEMS PURCHASED WITH STORE MERCHANDISE CREDIT - Items purchased with
store merchandise credit are non returnable
